View menu commands

The View menu offers the following commands:

Sort-Lock Groups	Keeps groups sorted when ungrouped columns are sorted.
Toolbar	Shows or hides the toolbar.
Status Bar	Shows or hides the status bar.
Options...	Allows choosing source window display options.
