You must install the TV Translator Configuration Utility on your Windows PC to get
firmware updates and configure your TV Translator. Installation requires that you
have
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 installed on your computer. The installation
program will check for this and, if it isn’t already installed, link you to a Microsoft
web site where you can download and install it. You can also use Windows Update
to install the .NET Framework.
The installation program will also prompt you to download and install USB drivers
for the Prolific PL-2303 USB-to-Serial Converter (unless you already have this driver
installed).

Important!: If your receiver model is H21, H23, HR20, HR21, or HR22, you
should disable (uncheck) the "Receiver reset" option in the USB Reset section.
